SHIPPING

Orders are processed only on business days (Monday-Friday excluding any holidays) and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive an email notification of your tracking information.

*During peak periods ( Christmas and other national holidays), processing times may exceed 5 business days*

*Please be advised that due to the COVID situation we have had to adapt our fulfillment processes to keep our staff safe. This has had an impact on how quickly we can fulfill and dispatch orders. Please note that some couriers are also experiencing additional delays due to high demand*

DUTIES & TAXES

Orders shipped to outside Italy and EU may be subject to customs duties/taxes.

ORDER CANCELATIONS

Requesting a cancellation is not guaranteed, and will depend on whether your order has entered the packing or shipment phases. If we are successful you will receive notification of your refund by email, otherwise you will be sent an order confirmation with a tracking number. 

If your order is canceled, please allow up to 5 - 10 business days for the payment to be refunded and processed. If you have not received your funds within this time frame, please contact us at info@greenfingersmarket.com or contact your financial institution. 

During Peak periods and orders placed over the weekend, cancellations may not be possible as we cannot disrupt the workflow process. We strives to dispatch orders to efficiently meet the expectations to our valued customers.

STOCK AVAILABILITY 

In the unlikely event that an item purchased is out of stock, we will part–ship your order, and refund any unfulfilled item(s). In this situation you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
